Kakkayam Dam is a masonry dam located in Kozhikode district of the Indian state of Kerala. The dam is built across the Kakkayam River, a tributary of the Kuttiady River.

The construction of the Kakkayam Dam began in 1976 and was completed in 2004. The dam was built primarily to supply water for irrigation and drinking purposes in the Kozhikode and Malappuram districts.

The Kakkayam Dam has a height of 48 meters and a length of 550 meters. It has a storage capacity of 29.5 million cubic meters and a catchment area of 45 square kilometers. The dam also has a hydroelectric power station with an installed capacity of 50 MW.
